Message
I am interested in measuring latent traits such as personality, academic achievement, ability, etc. Therefore, I mainly engage myself in scale development and evaluation based on item response theory (IRT). I also engage myself in analysis of item response data. In addition, I also engage myself in researching solutions to various problems relating to scale development, evaluation, and analysis.
