大脳皮質の機能的領野の形成過程とその破綻による精神疾患に注目して研究を行っています。 解剖学・神経科学研究室では、粘り強く研究テーマに取り組んでくれる卒業研究生、大学院生を募集しています。人間総合科学研学術院 人間総合科学研究群 ニューロサイエンス学位プログラム(前期課程、後期課程)、同研究科 フロンティア医科学学位プログラム(医学前期課程)、同研究科 医学学位プログラム(医学後期課程)のいずれかの専攻を選択することができます。また医学類の新医学専攻コース(研究室実習)にて、当研究室で6ヶ月間研究を行うことができます。卒業研究は、環境学群生物学類、医学群医療科学類の学生も受け入れ可能です。
