2019-12 -- 2019-12ZEISS イメージングワークショップ　「画像のもつ情報を最大限活用するための画像解析基礎講座」参加。顕微鏡技術の発展により、サンプルから得られる画像情報の質・量は飛躍的に向上しています。しかし多くの場合、画像は撮影して終わりではなく、そこから必要な情報を抽出し、定量・比較などを行うことではじめて有益なものとなります。本ワークショップでは、ZEISSのZENやフリーソフトのImageJ, Fijiなど多くのソフトに共通する画像処理の基礎から、画像処理の実例までを学ぶことができます。
