TRIOS: Tsukuba Researchers Information Online System

ID: UTID-13 is digit number printed on the flip side of your id card, and UTID-name is the description before the @ mark of the email account.
Password: Your password for the Unified Authentication System in University of Tsukuba.
If you do not know its password, please visit to any library counter, or Academic Computing and Communications Center with your id card.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE NOTICE:

due to maintenance work. If you are logged in, you will be forced to log out.
(If the work is completed earlier, you will be able to log in from that point onwards).

Request for confirmation of use of researchmap:
If you have forgotten your password for researchmap, you can You can reissue a password from the researchmap website (https://researchmap.jp/) by clicking [Login] > [Forgot your Password? Please click here]. In particular, if you are retiring and the e-mail registered in the system is -@u.- provided by the University, please reissue a new password while you are still enrolled and able to use that e-mail.
Even if you are not retired, we recommend that you log in to researchmap at least once a year to check that your researchmap page is still available.

The next update of "researchmap" is scheduled for 27th March 2025.
If you have not been listed in "researchmap" even though ‘rm open’ on TRIOS, or if you wish to updating before then, please contact e-mail indicated below.

Information on the courses taught and KAKENHI has been imported:
Due to reduce the faculty members input work, the annual importing of courses and KAKENHI known up to this point was completed (6th August 2024).
These course are based on information at the beginning of the academic year and therefore include some courses with no enrolments. And if you have registered your courses in the current year, we have not registered at all.
KAKENHI information has been notified of an offer at the beginning of the academic year, and the information you have entered does not have a matching KAKENHI identification number (therefore, if there is a mismatch in KAKENHI identification number, it is duplicated under the same title).
Can you check and correct your information in accordance with the above registration policy, as is the case every year.

The Unified Authentication System basically undergoes scheduled maintenance before working hours on Wednesdays from the 20th to the 26th of each month. During the scheduled maintenance, the system may be down for a few minutes and authentication may not be possible. In that case, please try again a short while later.

TRIOS will continue to operate normally during campus-wide power outage, summer recess, and so forth periods.
In an unforeseen down during the same period, TRIOS will be restored after the same period.
